What if my computer is already infected?
You can start with the $99 one-time cleanup service. If you're joining a monthly plan and standard cleanup is required, initial cleanup is $49. Annual prepaid enrollment includes standard initial cleanup.
What does the $99 cleanup include?
It includes a security diagnostic, malware and unwanted-software review, supported updates, standard remediation and final verification for one computer. Additional computers during the same engagement are $69 each.
Does my plan include normal computer support?
Evera plans primarily focus on cybersecurity. Hardware repair, printers, application training and unrelated technology issues may require separate support.
